How it works:

You select the features you want, which gives you a total price in Australian dollars. Once you submit the form, I’ll review your request, advise of any adjustments needed for extra features and, availability permitting, give an expected time frame. If we’re both satisfied, I’ll invoice you for a deposit, and once paid, I’ll build the site.

You will need to provide:

• an idea of what you want – the look, colours, style or mood, either with a description and/or references to other sites you like*
• all required copy, edited to your satisfaction
• any required product graphics
• any required licensed images
• access to any accounts requiring integration (or you may handle integrations yourself if you prefer)

I will correct any typos I find, but content editing is not included in the fee.

If you don’t have access to images, I can provide licensed images and/or create 3D book mockups at additional cost.

When the site is complete, I’ll invoice you for the balance (including any additional costs incurred with your approval) and upon payment, hand the site over to you. You will have full access to the site’s dashboard and administration and can keep content up to date yourself or hire me or an assistant to do it for you.

You are responsible for maintaining domain registration and hosting (I can provide recommendations and instructions for setting this up and handle the technical details for you) and any specialised subscriptions^ required to run your site.

Further changes or updates after site handover can be done at additional cost. Please contact me for a quote.

Technical troubleshooting after site handover is available at an hourly rate.

*Not all sites are created using the same systems or software, so exact replicas of some features may not be possible, and some features may incur additional costs, which I will discuss with you prior to starting work.

^Specialised subscriptions may include BookFunnel integration, plugins to enable specific features such as custom forms, security for high-traffic sites, and email service costs.
